To get the best results and ensure your lashes last, please follow these steps before your appointment:
✅ Do:

Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes – no mascara, eyeliner, or strip lash glue.

Wash your natural lashes thoroughly before your appointment.

Remove contact lenses (bring your case/solution if needed).

Come with no caffeine if possible – it can make your eyes flutter and harder to work on.

Allow enough time – lash appointments are detailed treatments and shouldn’t be rushed.
After
Eyelash Extension Aftercare 👁️✨
To keep your lashes looking flawless and lasting longer, please follow these aftercare steps:
✅ Do:

Keep lashes dry for the first 24–48 hours (no water, steam, saunas, or heavy sweating).

Clean your lashes daily with a lash-safe cleanser to remove makeup, oils, and debris.

Brush your lashes gently with a clean spoolie to keep them neat.

Sleep on your back where possible to avoid crushing your lashes.

Book your infills every 2–3 weeks to maintain a full look.

Do not use oil-based makeup or skincare around the eyes (it breaks down the adhesive).

Avoid rubbing, pulling, or picking at your extensions.

Don’t use mascara (especially waterproof) on your extensions.

Avoid eyelash curlers – they can damage both your natural lashes and extensions.

Don’t expose lashes to intense heat (like ovens, BBQs, or sunbeds) as it can cause them to singe or fall out.

Deposits

A 35% deposit are required to secure your lash appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.

If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be moved to a new date within 48 hours of your appointment and up to 3 months in the future.
Cancellations & Amendments

We require a minimum of 48hours’ notice to cancel or amend your booking.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, you will be charged the full treatment price.
Infill Policy

To qualify for an infill appointment, you must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining.

If you arrive with less than 40% remaining, your appointment will be charged as a full set.
-
Regular infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain your lashes.
